If your prescription is expiring (or has expired), the best option is always to renew with your regular doctor. If you are unable to consult your doctor in time, we can offer an optional online doctor consultation through our partner service.
Use this path if you already have, or can get, an updated prescription from your regular doctor.
If you cannot see your doctor in time, you may choose to consult a registered online doctor through our partner service Docotela. Your consultation may result in an electronic prescription being sent to Pharmacy Direct.
