Pharmacy Direct provides an optional gateway to online consultation when members cannot see their regular doctor in time. This service is framed for continuity of care and remains fully voluntary.

Online consultation is conducted by a registered practitioner. Any prescription outcome depends on clinical assessment.
Continue recommending renewal with the treating doctor as the primary path, with online consultation shown as secondary support.
