Omega 3 fish oil capsules

• High-quality omega 3 capsules
• Contains DHA and EPA – contains 260 mg DHA which is in line with the daily recommended amount for pregnant and breastfeeding women
• Fats are naturally found as Triglycerides, but in order to manipulate an oil i.e. determine the amount of DHA & EPA as well as remove toxins, it needs to first be converted to an Ethyl Ester. Most products on the market use Ethyl Ester Oils as the cost of converting it back to a Triglyceride is expensive. Ethyl Esters are less bioavailable, need to be processed by the liver and are bound with an alcohol backbone. PregOmega Plus contains a premium Triglyceride oil that is free from alcohol and safe for both mother and baby
• Lemon Oil has been added to mask the unpleasant taste of the fish oil, which is important during the 1st trimester when nausea is most likely experienced

The Calcium tablet in PregOmega Plus contains a unique combination formula that includes Vitamin D3 and Magnesium

• Vitamin D is essential for the development and maintenance of bone, due to its role in assisting calcium absorption from diet and ensuring proper renewal and mineralization of bone tissue

Dosage: Do not exceed the recommended dosage, efficacy of support may vary between users. Take one multivitamin and mineral tablet (purple) and one omega-3 soft gel capsule (clear yellow capsule) daily with food, or as directed by a healthcare provider. The daily dosage can be taken together, or incrementally throughout the day. The dosage remains the same for multiple (twins, triplets, etc) pregnancies

Storage instructions: Store at or below 25 degrees C. Protect from sunlight and moisture. Store the blister strips in the outer carton
