Ingredients:  Calcium 500mg, Magnesium 85mg, Vitamin C 60mg, Vitamin B6 24mg, Zinc 15mg, Manganese 2mg, Copper 1mg, Folic Acid 490µg, Selenium 37µg, Molybdenum 25µg, Vitamin B12 24µg, Vitamin D 400IU.
